MENTORSHIP
Your next chapter.
Thoughtfully shaped.
A 12-month advisory relationship for experienced practitioners refining their clinical work and building a sustainable practice.
Personal guidance.
Lasting perspective.
Mentorship brings together clinical judgement, professional positioning, business development and governance. It offers space to reflect, challenge assumptions and make better decisions.
I am personally involved throughout. Places are offered selectively, following a conversation about your experience, goals and the support you need.

Is this right for you?
This programme is for experienced practitioners seeking refinement, senior oversight or strategic direction. It may be appropriate if you are developing a clinic, taking on leadership responsibilities or managing increasing clinical complexity.
It offers experienced guidance and accountability. It does not promise specific business or financial outcomes.
A personal selection process.
Start with a brief introduction: where you are in your career, what you are developing, and where you would value support. If there is a potential fit, we will arrange an exploratory conversation.
Common Questions
No. This programme is designed for established practitioners who are already practising and have a foundation of clinical experience. It is not a beginner course or an introduction to aesthetics.
Meaningful development in judgement, systems, and professional confidence does not happen quickly. A 12-month engagement allows time to assess, implement, refine, and consolidate changes across clinical, business, and governance domains.
Yes. The programme runs on an individual basis, starting when you begin. There are no fixed cohorts or intake dates.
This varies by tier. At minimum, expect a monthly mentorship meeting plus time for clinical training sessions. The Advanced and Executive tiers involve additional in-clinic time and more frequent interaction.
Yes, with some considerations. Mentorship meetings can be conducted virtually. However, the clinical training components and clinic visits work best in person. International participants should be prepared to travel for key sessions.
Core focuses on strategic guidance, governance review, and access to group clinical training. Advanced adds dedicated one-to-one clinical training and priority complication support. Executive is for clinic owners or clinical directors who want regular in-clinic involvement and strategic advisory at a senior level.
In some cases, yes. If your needs change during the year, we can discuss adjusting the level of engagement. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
The programme is designed as a 12-month commitment. Pausing is possible in exceptional circumstances, but the structure works best with continuity.
